COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AUDIT APPLICATIONS: Prepare, compile and submit audit and certification applications accurately and within required deadlines.

  • AUDIT COORDINATION: Coordinate internal and external audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and ensure all documentation is prepared prior to audits.

  • CORRECTIVE ACTION MANAGEMENT: Monitor corrective action plans, coordinate follow-up activities, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

  • COMPLIANCE MONITORING: Maintain compliance databases, audit schedules, compliance trackers and related records.

  • DOCUMENT CONTROL & ADMINISTRATION: Manage filing systems, document control, correspondence, record management and data capture.

  • EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Provide confidential executive administrative support, diary management and meeting coordination for the Managing Partners.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to coordinate compliance activities, manage audit applications, maintain accurate records, and provide executive administrative support to our three Managing Partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and the efficient day-to-day administration of the business.

  • ESSENTIAL: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

  • VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE: ESSENTIAL.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field will be advantageous.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance or audit support role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Valid driver’s licence.

This is an office-based position located in Kiepersol, Mpumalanga.
